Who knows the Land? Who can speak for the Land? Who cares for the Land?

Talking Circles are an ancient and traditional way of sharing knowledge and building community.

These events are to share observations of the natural landscape and to give voice to the people and their life on the land. Farmers, hunters, anglers, beekeepers, gardeners, nature-lovers, kayakers and hikers….you are the citizens invited to the Circle events. Bring your testimonies, experience, and stories.

Political agendas are counter-productive to these gatherings. These are grassroots efforts.  At the Knowledge Circles you will make new friends and find many with like concerns.

This is a project of The Land Between charity and Curve Lake First Nation in partnership with Hastings Stewardship Council.
